Terms of sale
These terms apply when you buy full access to Centreline Practice. Please read them before you buy. Last updated: 7 November 2026.
1. Who we are
Centreline Practice (centrelinepractice.com) is an independent business run by a sole trader in the United Kingdom. Email: hello@centrelinepractice.com.
Payments are handled by Onelink, the reseller service of Stripe, which sells full access to you as the merchant of record. That means Onelink takes your payment, charges and pays any VAT or sales tax, and sends your receipt. When you check out you also accept Onelink’s own buyer terms, which are shown at checkout. We provide the service you buy access to.
2. What you buy
Full access is a personal licence to use the complete Siu Nim Tau and Chum Kiu lessons in the Centreline Practice practice studio, in your web browser, signed in with your email address. It is described on the full access page. It includes improvements we make to those lessons.
Early supporters will also receive additional content as it is developed. What is added, and when, is at our discretion, and some future material may be offered separately. Access is for you alone: please don’t share your sign-in link, or copy, resell or redistribute the lessons, 3D figures or data.
Centreline Practice is a study and memory aid. The 3D figures are an animation built from checkpoints, not motion capture, and they do not assess your movement or replace a qualified instructor. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any association, school or instructor.
3. Price and payment
The price is shown on the full access page and at checkout before you pay. It is a single payment; there is no subscription and nothing renews. Prices include any VAT or sales tax. Your card statement will show LINK.COM* CENTRELINE.
You must be 18 or over to buy, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
4. Immediate access and your right to cancel
If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content. Because full access starts as soon as you pay, before you go to checkout we ask you to confirm that you want access to start straight away and that you understand you will then lose this 14-day right. We confirm this in the email we send you after purchase.
This does not affect our 24-hour refund, or your rights if the service is faulty or not as described.
5. Our 24-hour refund
If you ask within 24 hours of your purchase, we will refund you in full, with no questions asked. After 24 hours, we will consider refund requests fairly, for example if the studio does not work on your device and we can’t fix it. Onelink may also issue refunds under its own process. When you are refunded, your full access ends. See the refund policy for how to ask.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the studio available and working on current versions of the major browsers, but we can’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may improve or correct lessons, which can change how a movement is shown. If we ever have to stop providing the service, we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email and offer a fair partial refund to buyers from the previous 12 months.
7. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer. Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it isn’t, contact us and we will repair it or, if we can’t, give you a refund.
8. Training safely and our responsibility
Practise within your own limits and stop if anything hurts. We are not responsible for injury arising from physical training. Nothing here limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
9. Your data
To provide full access we keep your email address and a record of your purchase. Card details are handled by Stripe and Onelink and never reach us. See the privacy notice.
10. Law and complaints
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protection of your local consumer law and can bring a claim in your local courts. If something goes wrong, please email us first; we aim to reply within a few days.
