Using the free sample

There are no adverts. Your saved steps, notes and preferences are stored only in your own browser’s local storage and are not sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes them.

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify or track individual visitors. It shows us totals such as page views, referring sites and countries.

If you open the in-app video comparison, the YouTube player is loaded from YouTube, which may set its own cookies under Google’s privacy policy.

If you email us

We keep your message and our reply so we can answer you. An AI assistant helps sort messages and prepare draft replies; a person reads every reply before it is sent. Messages are not shared or used for marketing, and we delete them on request.

If you buy full access

  • Payment: Onelink, Stripe’s reseller service, sells full access to you and processes your payment under its own privacy policy, shown at checkout. Your card details never reach us.
  • What we keep: your email address, the purchase reference, date, amount and country that Stripe gives us, whether you agreed to immediate access, and whether your access is active or refunded.
  • Why: to give you access, answer support questions and keep the business and tax records the law requires (our legal bases are the contract with you and our legal obligations).
  • Signing in: we email you a sign-in link through an email delivery service, [PROVIDER TO BE CONFIRMED]. When you sign in, the site sets one essential cookie to keep you signed in. It is not used for tracking.
  • Storage: purchase records are kept on Cloudflare, which hosts the site. We keep them for as long as you have access and then for six years for tax records.
  • Marketing: we don’t send marketing emails unless you separately ask us to.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it (we may need to keep purchase records for tax purposes). Email us. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
